The project is connected, by geography and intention, to two of Boston’s historic neighborhoods - the Leather District and Chinatown. By working to expand and enliven public spaces, offer community amenities and create more affordable housing, 125 Lincoln is investing in this shared future.
We worked with the project team to enrich the story surrounding 9000 Wilshire’s sustainable construction, design innovation and building performance integration. All these speak to a foundation of intelligent efficiency – and a commitment to local and global ecologies. What tech can’t do, botany can. With generously landscaped outdoor terraces and rooftop deck, there are plenty of places where you can collaborate and connect with nature throughout the day.
